Light Yagami is gay. Get over it.

If your dense enough to think that this isn't true, here's proof.

Light Yagami has a superiority complex that makes it highly unlikely that he would be interested in anyone that he considered to be beneath him, unless there was a specific reason why they could or would be of use to him (for example, the main reason why he is dating Misa is because she had the shinigami eyes and as long as they are together, she is willing to use them on anyone he wants). This is why he not only has no regard for women, but also consders them to be gullible idiots that he can use to his advantage. Evidence of this is in the way he talks to them(he says words like"fate" to win a girl's trust, and makes statements like "You're the only girl for me" when he wants them to do something for him) and the way he thinks about them.

Of course, this alone only implies that he might be gay. However, he obviously holds men in higher regard than women, even the ones that he thinks are stupid (he shows more respect, or at least less disrespect, to Matsuda than he did to any girl), or who are his enemies (he has a lot of respect for L, and the most obvious proof of this is when he met Near and saw him wearing the L mask and thought "You are not worthy enough to wear L's mask," which implies that he has some respect for L, since he believes that there is some one beneath him.)

Plus, Light's relationships to girls can easily be compared to most of Michio Yuki's (MW)relationships. They are just a way to earn people's trust so that they can benefit from it in some way. Michio Yuki often slept with people (women mostly) so that he could get his hands on the poison gas that effected he brain, and use it to kill the entire Earth's population. The two exceptions were Sumiko, a girl that he kept around mostly to hurt Father Garai, a Catholic priest who believed that it was his mission to save Yuki, but who often helped him with his crimes and frequented his bed. Yuki had the same attitude to the people he used as Light does and he was more incined to use women then men. Yuki even used the "You're the only one for me" line on a girl that he obviously did not love. Again, it does not make a direct connection, but it is something to think about.

And of course there's his name. It IS a coincedence, but such a beautiful one, that when you spell Yagami backwards, it states that he is gay. However, his name is Japanese, so if you spelled it backwards it would actually say Gamiya. Plus, since Yagami is his family name it would imply that his whole family is gay, though that would explain why Sayu wasn't interested in dating Matsuda.

Light is gay, Mello is with Matt, not Near, and Bush is the Devil's idiot son. It's so obviously true that it's ridiculous that some people (you know who you are) could possibibly  not realize it.
