Here's a history on how ~incantations~ came to be...

It's proposed name was ~Lunar Enchantations~ --- sounded right but "enchantation" was a word that never existed -not valid. But that didn’t matter to me. hehehehehe
It’s supposedly a collaboration work between me and my bestfriend for a Manga project the university Art organization planned to make. This was 6 or 7 years ago. I think it was 6.
Back then I already have  Quest: Neo Alpha (Q: N A)  to be part of the project while my bestfriend had her own to work with. We only wanted Lunar Enchantations as a work done by the both of us… Shiroi and Kuroi are names based on our names (Light and Dark --- in color White and Black ^mmm^ ); some of these characters’ character are based off us.

But as this incantation I came up with emerged, everything took a different turn:
“I summon thee, summon thee, hear my call,
Open the gates of my true home,
Light and dark, Dark and light, Grant me wings,
My heart, my soul, awake me from this dream”


Characters came up and all ideas were formulated… I was so excited and I shared everything to my bestfriend. She was ecstatic with the ideas and plots that came out of my mouth and we were excited to start things off. I ended up developing the plot as she helped me with Kuroi and Shiroi.

“Lunar Enchantations” didn’t sound right so I suggested a different one. What was just an incantation to start the tale became the title of the whole book ~incantations~

As I continued to develop the plot, my bestfriend’s interest waned and invested on other things. What was supposedly a two-woman project became one-woman. She got off the wagon and I was left alone. I was kind of sad, but I guess the plot that came was just wonderful that all I could do was continue on. I was compelled (and still am) to tell the stories intertwined in this world.

Years passed and I have accumulated over 46 episodes, established the history of the tale and have clarified the purposes and behaviors of the characters. It gets kind of hard thinking if the stories still have holes on them or not that’s why I have asked a number of people to read it. I have read it over and over again and have enjoyed it. Now, I have asked help on some people to check on the plot if some still need mending.

Now it’s here… and episodes are still being written. I’ve already come up with the SECOND book as the ending of this FIRST book has already been written and played out at the back of my head.

That's why I am itching for the next 23 POPs 'cuz then I get to put the next episode... I am reliving the memory brought up the world of ~incantations~ with you guys and I want to finish it with you as well.
