Chapter 2

            I had a weird dream last night. There were these two girls that I never met. One was in a hospital bed the other hovering over her—not kidding she was literally HOVERING—the one in the bed looked at me and I started talking. “My name is Justine” was first.

                 “I’m not much different than you nor is Kai—the girl next to you—we are outcasts Skyler we know what you are going through” I started crying badly. “In the near future we will meet we need your help Sky we need your help…” okay that was freaky here I am talking knowing nothing about these two girls and I say their names and that we will meet in the distant future.

            After talking to the two girls I noticed that the girl hovering had pure black wings and wad dark hair like mine, but brown—like it was when I was 6--and she was not much darker than me. The girl on the bed was very tan and she had a tail. A TAIL and ears to match then a light engulfed me and the dream ended.

            I was the first to make it down to the kitchen and saw that it was 3:35AM. I walked up the stairs when I felt a chill that sent goose bumps up my arms and a shiver down my spine. I turned and saw someone looking at me. I blinked a couple of times then the person disappeared. Now I couldn’t sleep—not because of the person at the bottom of the stairs—I was not tired at all. Around 5AM I decided to explore the house.

            I found that the next floor was just plan gold—no symbols nothing special—bummer. I found a dark room—you know the place where they develop film—and an art room. A couple rooms down the right side of the hall way was the library. I enjoyed the library the most. I heard yawns and rustling on the floor below. I got out of the library and raced down stairs to my room as fast as I could without making a sound.

            I made it to my room and a couple minutes later Hiame found me under my covers and told me to rise and shine welcome the new day.
