Okay people, I don't think I said this to anyone but I go to conventions.

 I've been to 4 major ones so far, 2 last year, and 2 this year, one was Anime North, which for those of you who don't know is a fan run convention held in Toronto, Canada in May, normally. And the other is the Canadian National Anime Expo which is part of Hobbystar's FAN Expo held in late August or early September, also held in Toronto, Canada.

Unfortunately, I only had my digital camera at this years events so I only got pics from them, and I tell ya wow there were a lot of cosplayers there at both.....and I'm now just getting around to getting them up here.

So if anyone wants to be nostalgic who went to either of these cons and look at my photo work....be my guest, but be patient...I've only got so much time to do everything I got to do in a day, so I'll post then in parts, and I'll put out an update on when more come out if your all interested. Oh and comment on the cosplayers, they deserve the praise for going to such hard work in making their elaborate costumes for the events!

Now, one other reason I'm doing this is to raise a bit of awareness to this kind of stuff north of the boarder, and maybe get TP to finally start recognizing that the Canadian Market is worth selling into more than they do, particularly now that the Canadian Dollar is stronger than the US dollar...

Sorry if I sound a little obnoctious but when I first signed up here at TP and I tried to get a print copy of their free magazine...it says I'm not allowed to get it cause I'm in Canada......in Canada!!! oh, sorry for being north of that invisible boarder dividing the North American Continent...well, it's time everybody woke up and smelled the Canadian Back Bacon, eh? and we Canadians can rock our anime and manga conventions just as good as any US one.....

So Fellow Canadian Manga-ka and anime lovers!!! give me a boo rah! and shout out for the Great White North and showing our anime and manga pride!!!
