For those that know the story of the Seikai Trilogy: Crest of the Stars, and Banner of the Stars 1 & 2, It left much to the imagination as to where the story would go from there on.

Many of you have probably asked: But what of Earth? The birthplace and cradle of humanity that gave the ABH life.

For all intensive purposes...that area of the galaxy has been lost to all, nothing more than history and legend. For not even the mighty Humankind Empire ABH's historical records contain data from past their creation as a unified trade empire spanning what we now know as the galaxy around us......

This was perhaps the most grave mistake that the ABH ever made, for all the while that they were engaged in their own war with what remained of true humans to them, there was a far great threat of humans who had been watching and waiting, fighting their own wars with zenos and heretics. For Earth was not as lost as it had appeared to be, or more to say....had been written to be....

Earth was indeed still very much alive and thriving, with an Empire of it's own: The Imperium of Man. And the Imperium has been longing to remove these traitors of Earth and restore faith and order to all the galaxy to the God Emperor and his Imperium of Man.

And now, slowly, the war banners of the true rulers of the galaxy are peaking over the blood red horizon of the Humankind Empire ABH. And the words ring louder than any cannon: Burn the Heretic, Kill the Mutant, Destroy the Alien....We are the Imperium of Man!
