Oh, I'm so excited! As some of you know, I've decided to do a manga with a friend of mine here on TP. I've been working on concept pieces, which have been posted, to see how people would react and I've gotten very positive responses so far! I haven't really told anyone what the story of the manga will be about, hence the need for this blog. Oh, and I've come up with a really awesome title!!! So, I've decided to put up a little teaser about it here now. Here goes:

Lily thought she was just another average all-American student mucking her way through college life, that is, until that fateful day when the sky was torn asunder and Lily was swept away through a giant gaping hole and thrust into feudal Japan.
Not knowing where she was taken or why, Lily must find the strength and courage within her to get up on her feet and find a way back home whilst fighting against the forces of darkness that have brought her back through time and space to a strange and wondrous land. But, that will be no easy task!
Relentlessly pursued by demon hordes, Lily begins to notice a change within herself. Slowly but surely, her physical appearance begins to alter and with this comes the inevitable manifestation of an awesome power. But why? Why should this be happening to her?
All is revealed to Lily when she is confronted by the demon responsible for bringing her back to this place and time. She will learn of the dark and terrible secret she's held, unknown, within her for her entire life and why all the demons who pursue her are willing to destroy anyone and anything that gets in their path to obtain it.
What is this secret and why do the demons all want it so badly? Just what is the connection between Lily and the demons of feudal Japan? To find out, read on...

We've worked out most of the concepts for the main characters and such and I also have the main plot worked out. Now me and xemnas731 are working on the story itself in more detail. After that I'll be working on a storyboard and then I can finally work on the individual pages. As you can see, there's a lot more to do before the manga will be ready to post. But, I'm a workaholic so it shouldn't take a whole lot longer to complete. Also, I'm having a ball doing it! I must say, this is the most fun I've ever had doing a project! Have a little patience and it'll be up before you know it. Thanks to all who have been supportive of this little venture, you all won't be disappointed!
