JUMPER CONT!!!

hey this in the next part of my jumper series do if u havent read jumper yet... u can walk away now... or... go read it ^_^

It had been six months since Riv's so called death. Riya sat in the window sill and watched as the rain poured down. Tears streamed from his eyes, his heart pounded in his chest constricting his breath to mere gasps. The power had gone out. The only light he could see was the rays of light that managed to escape the cloud covered sky. The room he was in was pitch black.

He heard the door to the bedroom open. He neither looked over nor even from the window. Some one sat on the bed next to him and put their hand on his. At first Riya jumped slightly and then looked over.

"I can’t get the power back on... I'm sorry" Riv's voice said in its usually calm and sweet tone. He then kissed Riya on the forehead.

Riya's faced turned cherry red, and he was happy that Riv couldn't see it. "It's okay." He said in a voice he tried to keep from shaking.

"No its not." Riv said in Riya's ear.

Riya brought his hands up to Riv's face and placed them under his chin. "Yes it is..."

"What you suddenly not scared of the dark anymore?" Riv said with a laugh and placed his hands on top Riya's He sensed that Riya was shaking his head. "I think you’ve lost your marbles... cause I'm hearing nothing but air."

"No...I am" Riya leaned foreword and the next thing Riv knew were lips pressed against his.

"Holy Crap Man!" Riv jumped slightly scaring Riya who scurried to the corner of the bed closest to two walls.

"I'm sorry..." Riya said fear rising in his voice.

"No... Wait... im sorry" Riv crawled across the bed to Riya, and pulled the boy into an embrace. "I'm just used to being the assertive one... You’re never assertive! I was so caught off guard.... but.... I like!!!!!"
