Umm, I know that it's late but I have to post this.
I told Steve that I used to like him. I mean, I still have a crush on him, but I didn't tell him that. I told him this, because he came out and told me that he used to have a crush on me. Since he told me that deep dark secret that had to have taken a lot of guts to tell me... So I thought it was only fair that I tell him that I "used" to have a crush on him too. Well, it was a little awkward (this was all over aim) but our friendship can overcome any obstacle *strikes defiant pose, daring the world to try to split us up* I just hope that we don't act any differently... I mean, we already said that we weren't going to treat each other differently, but I'm not sure if we can do that... Can someone give me so feedback on this whole scenario? Did I do wrong, should I have never told him to begin with... I don't know, all I know is now I have an even bigger crush on him... I'm so confused...

nope I see nothing wrong with this scenario, except pehaps the intention of trying not to treat each other any differently. Something will change, something small but it will change, either for the better or worse at somepoint down the line.
