The bell rings for the end of the second hour and Kaida-chan was looking at Hotaru-kun’s schedule for his next class, which was P.E. He was in the same class as Kaida-chan so this was easy for her.  She walked down the hall to the girl’s locker room and boy’s locker room. They both got dressed and met in the gym for P.E. “Class today we’re going to be playing kick ball,” yells Kudo-sensei, looking like the version of Gai's personality from Naruto mixed Gaara physical looks of that in his late 20's, with Gai's creepy smile. ‘Ugh, why dodge ball? God, I think every adult here is out to get me.’

  As I and Hotaru got picked on the same team I gloomily walked to our side and waited for the game to begin. “Hey guys, look at what we have here it’s the ‘Scary’ Abe-chan. I know let’s all hit her at the same time,” yells Koko Suzuki-chan with her cronies. ‘Did I hear what I think she said?! Oh now she is going to get it.’ I grab a dodge ball and shove it in her stomach. Suzuki-chan made this face of gasping and her eyes bulged out as her cronies came at me in anger.

   “Come on and f***ing hit me you b****,” I yell at them while hitting them with my bare hand and kicking them till they all fall back. Hotaru ran over to me to calm me down when I tried to push him away to continue the fight. “You six hold it right there right now,” commanded Kudo-sensei as he grabbed me and the other students grabbed the girls who were in pain right now. “Abe-chan and Higa-kun report to the principal’s office right now,” says Kudo-sensei as he and several other students take the five other girls to the nurse’s station. As we walked out of class I say, “Dammit, I’m sorry Hotaru-kun,” as I hit a random locker.

   He then hugs her and replies, “It’s ok Abe-chan and that wasn’t your fault at all. What Kudo-sensei did was awful to you.” He lets go of her and the walk in the principal’s office. “Hiya Principal Ochi-san, you know the drill. I got into another fight with that ‘b****’ Suzuki-chan and her cronies. Oh and Hotaru here hold me back from my final attack on them,” I say while laughing a little seeing as he sighs a loud and long one. “Kaida-chan and Hotaru, I’m sorry but you two are suspended for the rest of the week and two more days of school,” says Ochi-san as he rubs his temples. “Awwww….man, can you please make it a shorter sentence for Hotaru-kun,” I plea with Ochi-san with me groveling to him. 

  “I’m sorry but that can’t be done,” he says as he points us out of his office. We walk out of his office when Hotaru called his father and told him about what happened. He kept looking at me with this questioning look on his face. ‘Why is she calling her Uncle Nori-san? Is something wrong?!’ “Kaida-chan here use my cell phone and call your Uncle and tell him about what happening. Ok,” says Hotaru then he looked at her blank expression. ‘No, I can’t go home or call home right now! Not when she’s home. No, not her anything but being alone with her’ I thought as he handed me his cell phone.

  My hands begin to shake and I give him his cell and run out of the school grounds in fear. I go to the park and hope to God she doesn’t get a call from school. ‘She beat the living daylights out of me. She worse than any person I’ve ever met. She cut my hair, punched my stomach until I threw-up, and kicked my ribs until she broke three of them. I was in the hospital and Uncle Nori was out of town.  She even tries to poison me.’ I ran to the middle of the park remembering when she came to me before she became Step-Aunt Yan. ‘She was the embodiment of pure evil.’

  I waited until it was sunset and watch the innocent looking children who were pure only for a little while. I always see the world as a cold and cruel world were innocence is dying at a faster rate than normal. A young boy looks at me and smiles as I return the smile back at him as he kept playing in the jungle gym. One tear begin to fall down my cheek as I begin to head home dreading the thought of facing ‘monster’ Yan. ‘Darn it I forgot Uncle Nori isn’t coming home until Sunday, Dammit!’

  I walked into the dark house called home, when the living room light came on and there sat my step-aunt Yan. “Kaida, I got a call from your principal today. What did you do at school today to get you suspended yet again my worthless niece,” says Yan with malice in her voice as she gets closer to me. I begin to fall back on myself when she grabbed my shoulder and throw me to the wall with all her strength. “Ouch, you f***ing gold-digger of a b****,” I yell back at her in defiance. I’ve always know she was in it for my parents money and my house.

  “You little wench, how dare you speak to me that way. You know Nori-kun won’t believe a word you say to him now. All I have to do is sniffle and tear a little bit of how you badly behaving toward me and he won’t believe you at all. I have him wrapped around my little finger,” she says with a smirk knowing she got me there. I begin to get up as she kicks, punches, and throws me around the room while screaming profanity at me.

  It must have been hours, because the next thing I knew it was storming outside when I see my step-aunt Yan coming from the kitchen with a knife. “W-what are you g-going to do with that k-knife,” I say with a little stutter from panting so hard from the blows. “Ah, honey I’m going to make sure Nori-kun never knows about my plan to take your pathetic dead parents money from you and Nori-kun,” she says with and evil smile on her face as I panicked at what she was going to do with that knife in her hand.

  She came to my body as I began to bring my head and legs together. She slides the knife down my left upper arm as I swing myself to punch her in her face as the knife hit my right side of my rib cage. I clinch and grit my teeth as I ran up stairs for my cell phone I left at home today. “Ah, here is Hotaru’s cell number,” I say happily while looking for it in my backpack. I grab my cell and head for the front door when she grabs me out of now wear and cuts my right calf. ‘Damn her.’ I kick her face breaking her noise and limped my way out of there.

  I limped for as long as could and began to get light headed while I began to call for Hotaru-kun to pick me up and take me to a hospital. Brrriiiing, brrriiiing, brrriiiing, he picks it up and says, “Ummmm…….Hello, who is this?” “H-Ho-Hotaru-kun (breaths heavily three times) please help (breaths heavily two times) me. I can’t move any father she got me and I’m bleeding badly. I’m in Komakirataki Park,” I say before I fall down with my cell in front of me.  ‘Please hurry Hotaru!’
