One Piece is way better than Naruto, it has (with the possible exception of YuYu Hakusho) the single greatest cast of characters ever (also, big plus, no Sasuke), a far more interesting plot, infinitely better fights (some of the greatest fights of all time come from One Piece, but only in the manga of course), some of the funniest moments in manga history. All in all, while Naruto is a good manga, it's not even worthy of the top ten, while One Piece' greatness is second only to that of Hunter X Hunter (the single greatest work of fiction of all freakin time). One Piece > Naruto.
