In the place of the world above that those in the mortal realm call heaven all was still and quiet. The birds that normally sang, the animals in the forests, even the fishes in the water didn’t make a sound and the reason was the goddess of the light was dieing. In a room where the goddess of the light lived one woman was laying in a bed while the other was beside her holding her hand. The two looked identical except for the color of each others hair. The one with the silver colored hair looked up at the one with the copper colored hair, “Please, Lirin you mustn’t die…you’re the goddess of the light, the only thing keeping the dark at bay!” Lirin then turned her head to look at the woman with the silver colored hair and smile, “Worry not Mitsuki there is another,” “Another?” “Yes…I charge you with finding her before the dark does,” Lirin then putting into Mitsuki’s hand the hope crystal necklace, “Use this to find her my dear sister.” Then Lirin closed her eyes never to open them again and all in the world above began to mourn.

In the place of the world below that those in the mortal realm call hell laugher rang through the air. Everybody was joyful over the death of the goddess of the light, all but the god of the dark as he sat there quiet with his eyes closed. Then slowly opened them, “Quiet! There is still a spark of light that can stop me.” A man walk forward, “Then what shall we do?” He turned to the man, “Kyouji…you will go to the mortal realm and find this new goddess of the light and kill her or better yet bring her over to our side.” Kyouji nodded and turned to leave when, “Wait!” turning back to his lord only to catch a black stone with a red rune on it in his hand, “Use this to find her…now go!” Then turning away and left for the mortal realm where the new goddess of the light was somewhere to be found.
