attention to Morgan and Katelyn
This is mostly for you two. And in the name of music, which I take very seriously and because I seem to have nothing to swear by, this is the whole truth.
I have never, ever, prayed to any form of a God with the exception of group prayers at funerals. I have never been to church besides a couple of weddings and a couple of funerals. I have never wholly believed in a God or heaven or hell. I have always believed that heaven is the Christian explanation for the clouds in the sky and hell is the Christian explanation for the hot magma under the Earth's crust. I have been considered Christian but I never felt as though it was a suiting religion for me. Last year in social studies, I took interest in some of the religions we learned about and thought about joining one. I have, however, always been interested in the art of Witchcraft. I did not know that it was a religion until our recent IM conversation. Since then, I've been researching the Wiccan religion and I feel it suits me the best out of all religions that I know of.
Also, with the roof. While I was up on the roof, there was no lightning. Fortunately, it was not present until after my sister came home and I was safely getting off of the roof. I just needed time to think, and I do think the best outside, in the rain, or high up. Obviously my tree was not a possible option, so I took the safer choice of the roof. Yes, yes, I know, the roof isn't safe either, but it was more so than the tall tree. And yes, I know, it was stupid. But you can't say I'm the only one in the world who has made a dumb decision. And, shucks, it sure does stink to be you guys because I made it off the roof safely and you sure sound like you didn't want that to happen! But I'm looking on the bright side: I made it off alive with a wonderfully clear mind.

and sapphi, you are so right. that's what you and other Christians believe. so it is correct. to me, my explanation is also correct, because I believe differently. We all have different perspectives. and i do believe in the perspective of Wicca.

I'm a Christian, and I can definitely tell you that the clouds/magma thing is totally whack. It is commonly understood that Heaven and Hell are spiritual places, not on this Earth or even in this (physical) universe. BTW, one shouldn't search for a faith to match their pre-existing beliefs. One should search for truth.

Niki, sweetie, you obviously don't know what Christianity is about if you think we believe in blood-shedding type of stuff. I do care if you fall off a roof, you can't tell because I'm typing. And I once again say: You've jumped to conclusions.

Morgan, that's not true! I said it didn't suit me or my true beliefs. And yet you tell me that I'm the one jumping to conclusions. I have been researching Wicca all day, and my eyes are burning out of their sockets to prove it. I feel as though it is a better fit! besides, from what you're attitude is telling me right now, you don't give a darn whether I fall off a roof or not.
