"Happy birthday Lani and Race!!!!!!!" Everybody at the double party shouted. It was for my neighbor and I because we were born on the same day four years apart. I was bored and had snuck outside with my peice of cake. I slipped over to the far side of the pool, I was now ten years old. I thought of what happened when my family was eating breakfest this morning. Like always my dad told my sisters and myself the daily news, then important family news and events.There was bad news.

      " Girls, your mother and I have decided to get divorced a few months ago, and the papers are going to be signed today before the party. You girls are going to live with me and we will be staying at friends of mine." I was so busy thinking that I didn't even see the birthday boy, Race, come out to sit with me.

       " Happy Birthday, 'Principessa' Racie!!!!!!!!!!" He called me "'Princess'" because the party theme was "Royal Engagement."

       "Happy Birthday,'Principe Charming' Race," I blushed, "you scared me a little. When did you come out?"

      " A few minutes ago."Race replied "are you going to eat your cake or not?What wrong Racie? You look sad"

      "I don't want to move, my life was so purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrfect and now I have leave my friends and make new ones," I bursted into tears. "I'LL miss you the most though because you are so nice to me, Race. Why can't I just stay with my mother?"
