will the rising stars of manga america 2008 be starting in june again?  Is it okay to start working on my part early and follow the rules and guidelines from 2007's RSoM?  I have an idea worked out.

The RSOM UK competition runs annually so I presume the next one will start around this May, but why not start the planning and drawing now? ^__<
