Hey, I'm intending on entering, but I'm a little afraid my entry is going to be lost in the mail. Would I be penalized if I sent a duplicate? Seeing as I would have no clue whether or not my entry arrived save and sound until, uh, AFTER you guys approve it or not, I'm just kinda scared.
So yeah, would I be penalized for that? Sending a duplicate? It's not covered in the FAQ...
I'm interested in knowing the deadlines for the next Rising Stars of Manga US contest. Please get back to me when you can!
