i am against the war but america is in a situation that if we did withdraw troops they would come and attack america again like 9/11 but if we kept them there the troops would still die. But also the media is sometimes one-sided and only show the worst stuff mostly b/c they get paid more for doing that and that is totally wrong!!! what they dont show is that slowly, yes very very slowly, we are making some progress. but as long as there are different opinions and different cultures and views there will always be conflict. its why war is so sad b/c it will always be there...

I will always and forever be against war. I thought nothing of it when the war started because I was 14 and very very immature but now that I'm 20 and see that so many people were affected by it I feel disgusted that there are people out there that do not care to take a life and do it for wrong and stupid reasons. It all started with the terrorist attacking the world trade center but it grew into something out of interest for our current administration in America and now we are paying for it with not only our pockets but valuable human lives. I came to this conclusion not too long ago, the terrorist probably did this so we would retaliate because they have nothing to lose so if that is the case then we have already lost.

I don't think the war will end, as long as there is conflict of interest in the world we will always be fighting in some form or another. It doesn't matter whether all the soldiers are pulled out of the country right now there will still be a war going on and people will still be killed needlessly. In my opinion democracy has many meanings, thousands in a country, in communist countries everyone is the same over here its the old everyone has a right to speak and a right to this and that.

I am not in anyway a soldier and I personally don't like the war and really wish it would never have began in the first place. But too bad we have already lost Americans on American soil... :(

Being a former Soldier, I care about our troops and wish they would return home safe and soon. As for this war, I believe that our current administration (read:Bush and gang) got us into this thing under false pretenses and kept us there under even more false ideals. Now, they have painted us into a corner with this war so that we can't just leave and we really shouldn't stay either. I'm at a total loss as to what we should do.... :(
