Falling Apart,
Breaking into Pieces
I hear their harsh voices,
See angry faces.
I close my eyes,
and reach my hands towards the sky
Hoping to release this pain
And raise me up high.
Why is this happening?
How did this start?
What is this pain,
That keeps tearing me apart?
They said it was nothing,
That i shouldn't worry.
But now things that once made sense,
Have now become so blurry.
I close my eyes,
And start to dream,
But all that anyone can hear,
Is my desperate scream.
What are these dreams?
What are these fears?
These thoughts start spinning in my head,
But all i feel are tears.
No one comes running,
I am forever alone,
This world now feels empty,
The one i used to call home.
My eyes close for the final time,
And wait for the pain to consume me,
Why must things fall apart now?
Why is this happening to me?
