Oh, and also it depends on how much clothing they were wearing. For example, if the person sucking your blood was wearing several layers of woolen clothing, and the air temperature was 40 degrees celsius (I have no idea of farenheit, but let's say it's 100 degrees for all you Americans), and the blood was at the same temperature as the air, then that person would almost certainly be hot, yes.
