I like both the same. One of my top three favs' is NANA and I friggin' love it!
Well, considering the fact that 22 of the top 25 best manga ever are considered Shonen and the other 3 are Seinen, I would say that Shonen is better than Shojo.

I do like shojo, but I love shonen much more.
shonen of course but i have to admit there are some shoujo titles that interest me, and thats saying a lot
