Valentines Day lolita skirt

I could cry! The Putamayo skirt I had bought on ebay and was going to wear for V-day didn't come in time. That sucked since my friends got their outfits in time, but oh well, right? I mean after all, I was too busy with school work to really enjoy V-day and my boyfriend said we could just postpone Valentine's day until we both had time and I had my skirt. so I guess it was ok.... BUT WHY DID THE SKIRT HAVE TO COME THE DAY AFTER!!!!!!! And that is why I want to cry ;_;
