I thought i was right

i thought that we were set,

but my mind had lied,

as well as my heart.

she found someone else,

better than me,

i dont feel right entirely.

i wanted to continue,

see where we went,

but all she could think about

was that other guy.

i really loved her,

with all my heart,

willing to die for her,

but all she gave me,

was a broken heart.

i was disapointed,

trying to hide my anger,

didnt wanna see her go,

but i went with what made her happy.

now i regret it,

wanting her back,

but as much as i cry for her,

she wont go back.
