Tory is having a constant battle and affair over the new neighbor in town and wants to know more about him beause of his curiousiy... He takes notes literally... about Colins  every move. He even switches schools and sneaks into the guidance counseler's office! Of course using every possible resource he can to find more about Colin.  Overall, very funny and it's romantic.
