Info. Box: On this night, the teen girl named Kan Miko made a special prayer.

Show the lit village.
Info. Box: Out of the village of Pella, the prayer to God was for serious help because her friends were being taken away at the hands of the evil Azor Domain.
Panel 3
Show Enzeru who is making a funny face at Miko.
Info. Box: God granted her prayer and sent the mighty Enzeru to help protect Miko and get her friends back.

Miko looks at him in curiosity.
Miko – “I could have beaten those blightens myself.”
Enzeru (metal message) – “What happened to a simple thank you?”

Miko stands with her arms folded as Enzeru places his paw on her little head.
Miko – “Okay…thank you…I guess.”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Be careful with that temper or it might consume you.” “Maybe we will work on that.”

Close-up of Miko’s face or what’s of it under the paw.
Miko – “Whatever.”

Enzeru lowers his head to her level.
Enzeru (mental message) – “I see you are not impressed.”
Miko – “Well…I’ve never seen a giant white tiger; especially one that can talk.”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Okay…but, I can only talk to you.”

Miko turns away.
Miko – “Terrific.”
Panel 5
Miko pauses because she remembers something.
Miko – “Dang it! I have to get home.”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Lead the way.”
Miko – “Whoa! You can’t go with me. I’ll be thrown me out of the village if they saw you. They already see me as an oddball anyway.”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Do not worry. No one will fear me. I’m from God.”
Miko – “Sure they won’t. They’ll just see you as a giant walking cotton ball!”

Miko gets disgusted, but Enzeru reassures her.
Enzeru (mental message) – “I will not hurt anyone.”
Miko – “Are you nuts!?” “You’re a huge tiger!”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Trust me. They will not fear me.”

Miko and Enzeru are walking the streets of the village. The lights are out except one.
Miko – “This is crazy. They’re going to freak out.”
Enzeru (metal message) – “It seems everyone is asleep.”
Miko – “Except my house. Mom’s going to kill me.”

Miko throws her thumb over her shoulder.
Miko – “Okay Enzeru, you need to hide before mom sees you. I’ll try to break the news so she won’t freak out.”
Enzeru (metal message) – “Okay.”

Enzeru leaps over the house in the back.

Miko enters the house.
Enzeru (metal message) – “Be brave Miko, you can do it.”

Mom is standing with her arms folded and holding a wooden spoon.
Mom – “Hello, Kan Miko. What’s the story this time?” “What adventure did you take at the expense of my nerves?”

Miko is standing, looking at her mom with her hands by her side.
Miko – “Mom…for once, I’m not sure how to put this, but…”
Panel 3
A large eye is seen through a window, behind the mother.
Miko – “…I found a new…pet.”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Pet?”

The mother is concerned and confused.
Mom – “Pet? What pet?”

Miko goes over to the window.
Miko – “Well…he’s too big to fit in the house so I told him to hide out in the back so you wouldn’t go bonkers.”

Mom walks over toward Miko and the window as she rolls her eyes.
Mom – “What?” “Baby, this isn’t another dog is it?”
Panel 3
Mom starts to look out the window.
Mom – “Because I’m not going to go through that headache…”
Panel 4
Complete shock on the mothers face.
Mom – “…a-again.”
Panel 5
Mom steps back and points out the window.
Mom – “M-Miko, run to the bedroom.” “GO!”

Mom rushes over and tries to pick up Miko.
Mom – “Come on!”
Miko – “No, Mom! Wait!”
Panel 2
Mom plows through the embroidered curtains in the doorway with Miko in tow.
Miko – “You don’t understand!”
Panel 3
They slide under the wooden bed.
Mom – “If we stay here, the beast might move on.”
Miko – “His name is Enzeru.”
Panel 4
Mom glares at her.
Mom – “What?”
Panel 5
Miko glares back at mom.
Miko – “His name is Enzeru.” “I prayed to God to help me find my friends and he sent him.”
Panel 6
Mom looks confused.
Mom – “Did you bump your head?”
Miko – “No, Mom.” “He told me, that’s how I know his name. He’s here to help us and maybe I won’t be treated as an outcast anymore.”
Panel 7
Miko pulls on her mother’s hand.
Mom – “Are you sure about this?
Miko – “So far he seems to be the real deal.”
Mom – “O-Okay honey, then I trust your decision.”
Miko – “Really?”
Mom – “Yes.”

Mom is placing her hand on Enzeru’s nose out of the window.
Mom – “Wow! Enzeru? You are rather amazing looking.” “Can he talk to me?”

Miko shakes her head.
Miko – “Sorry, he says he can only talk to me.”

Mom turns back to Miko as she lays her hand on her head.
Mom – “That’s okay.”

Mom starts to walk Miko to bed with a candle.
Info. Box: Later.
Mom – “Has he told you anything else?
Miko – “Um…He did say something about me opening some gate called horizontal or horizon or something.”
Panel 2
Mom is shocked. Miko is freaking out.
Mom – “WHAT!? HORIZON?!!!
Miko – “Y-yes.”
Mom – “Did he say anything else?”
Miko – “No.” “Okay mom…you’re freaking me out.”
Mom – “Oh my! I-I can’t believe this.”
Miko – “I don’t understand.”
Mom – “Well, it was foretold that a special person would be chosen by God to discover the gateway called Horizon, but I thought that was just a fairy tale.”
Miko – “And that’s me?
Mom – “Yes, but…no, no…it can’t be…it shouldn’t be, not you!”
Miko – “Whoa! Maybe we should continue this at another time.”
Panel 3
Miko is sitting on her bed. Mom’s in the doorway with a candle.
Mom – “Oh! Sorry honey. This is a little too much for me to take in right now.” “You need to be getting to bed. I’m going to need your help with the stand tomorrow.”
Miko – “great.” “Can I bring Enzeru? You know how boring this can be.”
Mom – “I…don’t think that would be a good idea.”
Miko – “Um…okay.” “Good night Mom, love you.”
Mom – “I love you too, my beautiful child.” (Self) “Oh, God…how could you pick her, even when you know she isn’t one of us.”

Miko is lying in her bed.
Miko – “Enzeru? Hey! Are you there?”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Yes, Miko. What do you need?”
Miko – “Nothing.” “Good night, Enzeru.”

All black.
Enzeru (mental message) – “Good night, Miko…my young explorer.”

Mom’s asleep.

Miko looks at her mom sleeping and questions openly.
Miko – “What are you not telling me mom?” “Is there more?”

Mom awakes up.
Mom – “Hun?” “Oh…morning, Miko.” “Are you ready?”

Miko smiles weakly.
Miko – “Sure.”
Panel 6
Mom puts on her cloak and looks at Miko who is looking depressed.
Mom – “What’s wrong?”
Miko – “Nothing.” “Can Enzeru come?”
Panel 7
Mom rolls her eyes.
Mom – “Honey, he’ll scare the customers away.”
Miko – “No, he won’t.” “He’ll bring them in.”

Miko puts both of her arms around mom’s neck.
Miko – “You’ll see.”
Mom – “Uh-hun.” “Why do I think this is going to be a big mistake?”

Show a group of people with a look of utter bewilderment on their faces.
Panel 2
Miko is lying on top of Enzeru as he sits behind the mother’s stand. The mom is in front of the stand pleading with a large group of people who have sticks and other crude weapons rose to attack. Other people with stands are trying to move them out of the way as quickly as they can.
Miko – (self) “What is wrong with these people!”
Enzeru – (metal message) “Your mother did try to warn you.”
Mom – “Just relax! Enzeru won’t hurt you. He’s a special gift from the Lord. See? My daughter is in no danger at all. It will be all right.”

Have people looking at each other. Some might shrug their shoulders.

Suddenly there’s a huge crowd around the stand and Enzeru/Miko. Mom is busy helping customers.
Info. Box: Minutes later.
Miko – “Hey…it worked!”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Yes. It seems your mother is doing well with her stand.”
Panel 2
Mom looks up at Miko.
Mom – “Could you please come down and help me out?”
Miko – “Sure.”
Panel 3
Miko gets off of Enzeru. As seen from the tiger’s view.
Panel 4
Enzeru lifts his head up to see in the distance a group of sentry heading up the road. One guard is particularly tall and big.
Panel 5
Enzeru growls.
Panel 6
Miko looks up at Enzeru.
Miko – “What’s wrong Enzeru?”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Domain sentry are coming this way.”
Miko – “Good!” “I’m ready!”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Hold on Miko. Let them come to us.”

Show the group of sentry getting closer and closer. The lead sentry has a smug look on his face. Groups of people move out of their way. Show mostly the leader’s face, not the tall and big guy in the back.

The crowd separates where the lead sentry is reading from a scroll at the mother. Miko is standing ready, but in shock.
Sentry – “Kan Setsuko?”
Mom – “Yes?”
Sentry – “You have been selected by our Sovereign ruler of the Domain to work for one of his associates.”

Close-up of Mom.
Mom – “You can tell your Sovereign king that he’ll have to find someone else!”
Panel 3
Sentry approaches the Mom.
Sentry – “I didn’t ask if you wanted too.”
Panel 4
Sentry grabs mom’s arm.
Sentry – “You’re going!” “End…of…STORY!”
Panel 5
Enzeru roars and Miko, with eyes lit up, slugs the sentry in the face.
Miko – “NO!” “I don’t think so!”
Panel 6
The several sentries grab both of Miko’s arms and shoulders as Miko’s eyes are still lit up.
Miko – “Let go of me!”
Sentry – “What kind of girl are you?”

Miko is furious with her eyes really lit up.
Sentry (self) - “This is no ordinary girl.” “I’ve only seen that flash of green in the eyes on one other person.” “But, she couldn’t be related to him?”

The very large sentry walks forward as the lead sentry wipes his mouth and the other guards drag the mother off to the side.
Sentry – “They’re all yours Kyojin.”
Panel 2
Miko, eyes are blazing, suddenly slams two sentries together as the others break hold. Mom struggles as she is being pulled into the crowd.
Miko – “You let her go!”
Mom – “Miko!”
Panel 3
Suddenly more sentries tackle Miko.
Panel 4
Show Enzeru’s eye shift.
Panel 5
Enzeru puts his face right in the way of the sentries who has Miko on the ground. He’s showing his teeth. The sentries are shocked.

The sentries, in fear, let’s go of Miko with nervous smiles.

Suddenly the huge sentry Kyojin is flying in the air with his sword.
Panel 2
Kyojin lands on the back of Enzeru with his raised sword.
Kyojin – “Die accursed beast!”
Panel 3
Enzeru smiles.
Panel 4
Enzeru bucks Kyojin off of his back.
Panel 5
Kyojin goes crashing into a house.

Miko is knocking out more sentries.
Panel 2
Enzeru scans the crowd, but no sign of them.
Enzeru (mental message) – “Miko, I do not see your mother.”
Miko – “No!”

Suddenly, Miko grabs a knockout sentry with eyes blazing.
Miko – “Where is she?!!!” “Where did they take her?!!!”

Enzeru walks up from behind her.
Enzeru (mental message) – “Miko…he will not be able to respond to you.”

Kyojin emerges from the piles of rubble.
Kyojin – “You won’t beat me that easily.”
Panel 2
Miko snaps her head around in anger.
Enzeru (mental message) – “Quickly Miko! Get behind me.”
Miko – “NO! He’s mine!!!”
Enzeru (mental message) – “Wait, Miko! Guard your anger!”
Miko – “Zip it cat!”
Panel 3
Miko attacks the approaching Kyojin.
Miko – “Where’s…my…mom?!!!”
Panel 4
Miko, eyes blazing, leaps right into the chest of Kyojin who was caught off guard.

Kyojin hits the ground with Miko on top of him.
Kyojin – “Oaff!”
Panel 2
Kyojin is in terror of the girl with the firing eyes standing over him.
Kyojin – “Okay, okay!” “They have taken her the capital…Azor.”

Kyojin quickly gets up and runs.

Enzeru is concerned.

Enzeru walks up beside Miko.
Enzeru (mental message) – “I am impressed, but you need to watch your temper.”
Miko – “I don’t need a lecture right now.”
Enzeru (mental message) – “I understand, but it will not always solve your problems.”
Miko – “Well, It seems I have a real problem now.” “What do you suggest?”

Enzeru (mental message) – “We go after your mother.”

As Miko walks away, Enzeru shakes his head.
Miko – “Good idea.”
Enzeru – ‘sigh’.

Enzeru walks next to Miko.
Enzeru (mental message) – “Would you like a ride?”
Miko – “No.” “I just want to get back to the house and pack.”
Enzeru (mental message) – “I understand, just do me a favor.”

Miko looks up at Enzeru.

Show a vast city very similar to that of Rome, with an image of Enzeru.
Enzeru (mental message) – “Do not shut me out. I was brought here to help you and that is what I will do. All things happen for a reason and right now this is the hand that was dealt to us. This will be a long and difficult journey for us. And do not forget, after we go to the city of Azor; we are still commanded to find out Horizon. So I simply ask you to believe in God for he will give you strength.”
