Tatsuya Baisotei held his girlfriend Arisu Yoshida tightly in his lap.  He was the captain of the schools baseball team.  This made his weapon an aluminum bat perfect for him, Arisu’s weapon was the 9mm Beretta 93R.  “What are we going to do Tatsu?”  He smiled kissed her cheek and rocked back slightly “I don’t know.”  Sitting against a tree across from them was Mamoru Fujiwara the first basemen of the baseball team as well as Tatsuya’s best friend.  Sitting in Mamoru’s lap was his girlfriend Mai Suzuki.  Tatsuya didn’t like her.  In fact he actually hated her.  Mai had always bullied Arisu because she isn’t necessarily the smartest girl in the world.  Mamoru’s weapon was a wooden sword, and Mai had a scuba knife in her hands.  “Why don’t you try thinking of something yourself for a change.”  Mai snorted “shut your f***ing mouth you stupid b****”  Tatsuya grumbled as he glared at her. 

Mai jumped to her feet “And take that gun away from her before she accidently shoots someone!”  “Hey now relax”  said Mamoru his arms up waving downward signaling her to calm down, or lower her voice.  “She won’t shoot anyone she isn’t retarded”  Tatsuya said calmly  “Yes she f***ing is how else can you get a 12 on a test that even a 2^nd grader could pass!”  “I’m bad at math.”  Arisu whispered.  She was on the verge of tears.  She didn’t like being called dumb. 

Arisu was one of the prettiest girls in the class, right up there with Asuka, Rin, and Ayame.  Most guy’s didn’t want to date her though because she was so ditzy.  It made her hard to talk to sometimes, but it was one of the things Tatsuya liked about her.  Tatsuya rose to his feet accidently knocking Arisu off of him “if you don’t like it you can just leave, but it’s her weapon and she should get to be the one to carry it!” He shouted back.  “No, It should go to the person who can actually use it!  Someone with enough brains to actually use the f***ing thing, and that rules her out!”  Mai and Tatsuya were not screaming at each other at the top of their lungs.  The entire island could hear them.  “Uh, You two shouldn’t be yelling, someone may…”  The scene was filled with a burst of rapid gunfire as Arisu’s chest burst open misting Mai and Tatsuya in blood.  Arisu dropped to the ground dead.  Kai stood behind her taking aim at the remaining three.

Kai pulled the trigger and his MAC-10 made a tapping sound.  He pulled it again only to hear the same noise.  The clip fell and he reached for the second magazine.  Tatsuya and Mamoru were rushing towards him.  Mamoru had his wooden sword in his hands and was faster so he was ahead of him.  Mamoru stumbled slightly as he heard something soft squishing under his feet.  He glanced down.  His stomach had been split wide open, his intestines spilled from the wound out on to the ground.  Kai spun the katana in his hand changing to a reverse grip and struck again.  This time the sword cut deep into his skull knocking him to the ground.  Mamoru shrieked out as he tried to pry the sword free of his forehead.  Kai was now crouched down next to the screaming basemen.  His hand still holding the handle,  Kai took his right foot and smashed it down on the exposed blade at the tip  Forcing the swords razor sharp edge farther into his skull,  finally killing him.  Kai ducked as the metal bat whizzed by his head.  Tatsuya swung again and Kai avoided it.  Kai struck back with an elbow that landed in his throut.  Tatsuya tried to attack again, but Kai grabbed his sleeve and jerked him forward.  Kai’s knee smashed hard into his rib knocking the wind out of him.  The bat slipped out of Tatsuya’s hands and ended up in Kai’s as he spun around swinging the bat with all his might.  Tatsuya’s cranium couldn’t stand up to the impact, and instantly crumbled. 

Mai stared at the carnage horrified.  “I think you were retarded not her.”  Kai said, he was smiling as he said it.  “What the f*** did you say?” Mai roared.  Kai picked up his Ingram from the ground where he’d dropped it, and inserted a new magazine.  “I wouldn’t of been able to find you if you weren’t screaming.  Even she knew that.”  Mai for once didn’t have a comeback, so she responded by falling back dead as the Ingram rattled off round after round into her chest.  Kai had stomped down on Mamoru’s face as he jerked on the swords handle.  It was hard pulling it free but after a few attempts he managed the task.  Kai took the berette and ammo.  He didn’t bother with the food or water.  He still hadn’t eaten, or slept. 

The dragon princess slipped gracefully through one of the broken windows of a house in the residential area.  The room was dark even though it was very light outside.  She could make out a table and a tv in the corner, and a couch with something laying on it.  She inched closer as the something snored loudly.  It was male student Nobuyuki Eguchi.  He was sound asleep, and in his hands he held a butcher knife.  His hands were pale from clenching the knife so tightly.  Miyu smiled as she raised her sickle up over her head.  “Sweet dreams”  The sickle sunk deep into his neck cutting his larnx.  Nobuyuki woke suddenly and thrashed around knocking the Dragon Princess on her back.  He continued to struggle for a full minute till he met his end thanks to a fine mixture of suffocation and blood loss.  “Good afternoon my blood thirsty children, my god some of you certainly are blood thirsty”  Came the cheerful voice of Genkei Ijichi.

“Now as for the dead we have boys Kenji, Kamuro, Iwao, Kyo, Satoshi, Yori, Tatsuya, and Mamoru.  Now for the opposite sex Haruko, Hana, Ai, Kohana, Aya, Mai, and Arisu.  Wow that’s quite a death toll.  Some of you are making me so proud”  Genkei laughed “Now as for the danger zones B11, C 15, D17, B12, and that’s all for now.  Keep up the good work and one of you will be home before you know it.  The speaker ended and Takeru and the remains of his group sat in silence.  Susumu was copying down the last of the names, and marking out the danger zones.  Takeru cocked the Uzi “Stay low” he said as he rose to his feet and opened fire to the left.  The rattling of an Ingram replied back.  Takeru ducked down and rose up as Kai stepped out of cover, and quickly dove behind a tree.  Takeru didn’t shoot.  Simply took aim, he knew that Kai was trying to work his way closer.  “Iwao?”  Susumu asked “Kai” said Takeru as he fired on Kai as he poked his head out of cover.

Fuyu sat next to Jun and Asuka.  She was crying slightly, and the fact that Kai was attacking them again didn’t help.  Fuyu like most of the girls in the class had a crush on both Kai and Takeru.  In her hands she held the weapon she had been given.  Grenades she had 5 of them total.  She tugged on the pin slightly.  Not hard enough to pull it out mind you.  Takeru dropped the clip and loaded another one.  Susumu quickly reloaded the empty magazine.  “Go.”  Asuka looked at her puzzled then smiled “yeah let’s go.  Takeru and Susumu can catch up.”  Fuyu shook her head as she stood,  She slipped all the grenades in her bag except for one which she held in her hands.  Still fumbling with the pin.  “I- I’m going to kill Kai.”  “No!” Asuka screamed “leave that up to Takeru”  Fuyu shook her head  “If I’m going to save one then I’ll choose him.  I wish I could save both.  Please give me the chance.  Kai might listen”  Fuyu looked at her pleadingly until the gunfire ceased and Takeru and Susumu picked up the bags.  “We’ll be in E7 if you change your mind.”  Takeru said his voice actually sounded soft and comforting to her.  Asuka wrapped her arms around her  “be careful ok.”  They were both crying, but Fuyu managed to shake her off.  “Go now.”  Fuyu smiled at them as they ran off deeper into the woods.

When she turned she could see Kai looking at her from behind a tree.  He seemed to be being very cautious.  He didn’t move from that spot.  “Kai please, you don’t need to fight us.  We can work this out and escape together.”  Fuyu was about to burst into tears  “please?”  she asked again as tears streamed down her cheeks.  Kai finally emerged from behind the tree.  He walked closer to her, he was no longer acting cautious.  He stared at her coldly as he moved.  Kai took aim at her when she was only about 5 yards away.  The machine gun rattled and Fuyu dropped to her knees.  Blood spurted from the wounds in her chest with every breath but that didn’t stop her.  She was in great pain, but she had to do this.  She had to do it to save Takeru, and Asuka.  It was clear to her that Kai was dangerous, he was no longer the same person he used to be.  So she pulled the pin to the grenade in her hand.  Kai pulled the trigger again firing more 9mm rounds into her chest.  But that didn’t stop her as she grabbed ahold of his school jacket, and she and him were engulfed in flames.
