As a female I think no I male should hit a female because first of all the male bodies are built/designed to be a lot stronger than the female body because for 1 they have upper body strength than females. Yes I do agree with what NERMIL 123 is saying because most girls dont know how to stop attacking and then when they are assaulted they want to get mad and have their parents involved.
