lol I know what punk is. Sure, Green Day is punk, but if you've ever had someobody frakking take one of your favorite bands and do something totally ICKY using one of their songs.....it's a HUGE turnoff. That's what happened to me, and everytime I listen to Green Day, those awful memories resurface.....I'm now ashamed to listen to Green Day because of something a sick sick person did.....Okay? It's not about hating punk. Punk is one of the greatest genres ever. Don't lose sight of it. :)
