“Meaning you don’t know what you did?” asked Lina sarcastically.

“Not true, I know exactly what it is that I did wrong,” pleaded Kurt.

“And what did you do exactly?” snapped Lina.
“I uh, I mean I um, I didn’t notice your hair cut, right?” assumed Kurt.

“You are such a pompous, idiotic, shallow, and ill-understanding moron, and until you can figure out exactly what it is you did I refuse to speak, converse, or come within a seven meter radius. In short buzz off,” screamed Lina. At this Katrina turned around.

“Kurt what did you do this time?”

“Can I talk to for a moment?” asked Kurt to Tina because everyone turned around hearing Lina yelling at Kurt.
“Sure,” replied Tina. So the formation split-up, and changed partners. Sabrina and Katrina, talking about the party last Saturday night. Mina and Lina were in the lead, talking about if Lina could help Tina with the story time, what books would they most enjoy. At the end: Tina and Kurt.

“So think, was she in a good mood when you walked in the door before you said anything or did anything,” said Tina trying to help Kurt figure out why Lina is mad at him. Tina was wondering why he was so upset about this but she knew he liked her but he would never admit it to himself.

“Well she said hi and then she um…asked what I did the night before. And she seemed her usual self in the morning,” finished Kurt.

“Well what did you answer her?” asked Tina trying to find the problem in this situation.

“I told her I did my homework and…oh…” Kurt finally understood why Lina was mad. All of the girls did not like Madison, he could not tell this to Tina, because she would be just as upset, if not more than, Lina about him calling her.
“Well, what else did you do last night? Kurt, Kurt? Were are you going?” asked Tina.

“I just had an epiphany,” yelled Kurt as her ran to catch up with Lina. Finally after catching up with Lina, Kurt had to catch his breath. “Lina, I am… I am so… I am so sorry.”
“And for what exactly?” asked Lina. Realizing that this was not her place Mina fell back and started a new conversation with Tina who was starting to read the book that was concealed in her purse.

“I am sorry that I started to talk about Madison, it slipped my mind that you don’t like her. I should have been more careful of what I say. Forgive me?” asked Kurt, “cause you do realize that if the restraining order stays in order you wont be able to have half my sandwich.” Kurt teased as he playfully pushed her with his shoulder.

“Yeah, fine your forgiven. Just remember that I don’t like Madison next time. Speaking of which what do you see in her?” Lina asked.

“She’s smart, beautiful, funny, and… amazing,” Kurt sighed.

“Not quite, she’s a teachers pet, annoying, snobby, rude, and an all around b****,” responded Lina, “what is so amazing about that.”

“You don’t see her the same way that I do,” answered Kurt in a defensive manner, “I think I may, well, love her.”
“Oh Kurt, no you can’t!” Lina said in a concerned tone, “do you honestly think that she likes you back?” Lina laughed.
“That’s low Lina, that’s real low,” Kurt shook his head and walked away before Lina could respond.

“Kurt, come on… Kurt,” I can’t believe I just said that, Lina thought to herself.

“Don’t beat yourself up over it, he had it coming by liking that she devil,” Kat said trying the reassure Lina.
“Oh I get it,” chimed in Sabrina, “You have, like, so got the hots for Kurt!”

“I do not,” snapped Lina, “even if I did it’s not like it would matter, you know how much he likes Madison.” Lina chased after Kurt by the time she reached him they had arrived at school.

“Kurt, I’m sorry but I don’t have to like her even if you do, forgive me?” begged Lina.

“I guess everyone has their opinion, so, yeah how could I stay mad at you,” looking at her longingly. “Anyway the bell’s going to ring any second so I have to get to class, see you in second!” he yelled as he ran towards the school. Followed by Katrina and Sabrina then Mina closely behind trying to catch up.

“So how is the beautiful couple doing?” asked Tina in a joking voice.

“First, we are not a couple, second, we’re fine thank you for now. But we have to get to first period we’re having a Halloween party, remember?” she said excitedly. Tina and Lina ran towards their first class, English. Something Lina enjoyed but Tina not too much, she liked science much more. Their teacher Mr. Morris awaited them at the door.
“Hurry ladies. Have you brought your deserts?” he too was thrilled for the party. He was dressed up as a Viking. The desks were lined up at the back of the room with deserts already covering them. Some of the students were dressed up, for example, Melanie as a hippie, George as a businessman. Tina and Lina did not bring any costume at all. They spent the class discussing the Halloween party on Saturday and what exactly they were going to wear.

The bell rang and Tina went off to her ecology class and Lina to her history class. Her and Kurt were in that class together and so was Madison. Their teacher was very old and had probably experienced most of the events studied the only problem was this was the time for his before noon nap, so he would teach for a half-hour and sleep for an hour giving them time to talk or work on overdue homework.
