A review of I WISH from the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review

"Special K has quite a gift"

When Jin Ryu wishes the plane carrying her parents and brother would crash on their way to Hawaii, she didn’t really mean it. But, tragically, it does. She visits K, a wizard who supposedly will grant any wish in exchange for what is most important to you, and asks him to bring them back. Unfortunately, he can’t restore life. What Jin Ryu doesn’t know is that K knew her brother, who asked K to look after Jin Ryu (yes, posthumously). She begrudgingly starts to work for K, but she tries to help the troubled wishers before they really lose what’s most precious. The tragedy is punctuated with comedy, and the mysterious K keeps you--and Jin Ryu--guessing.
