You have the same problem as I do! This is the way to fix it:
When you post a new manga, upload pages 1 - 5 first. After posted, edit the new manga, then upload pages 6 - 10. Then update entry / add these images. After reposted, edit again, upload pages 11 - 15 again, update entry / add these images again. Continue until all of your manga pages is finished.
