Han-young
A high school boy, older than Ji-soo, in the year 1994. He is dark-haired, a smoker, 'rebel' and he is also mysterious. No one can quite figure him out. Quite possibly, he is from the future. He seems to have romantic feelings towards Ji-soo.

Blade/Nicolae
As cool and confident Lt. Blade, in the year 2274, he is a 'chronoid', who is sent back in time to find the missing 'confidential code' of 'Riverside'. In the year 1194, he is Professor Nicolae, a Russian language teacher, at Ji-soo's high school. There is also some connection between Blade and Yun-hee. They seem to have known each other in the future, perhaps romantically.

Ji-soo Chung/Yun-hee
A mysterious high school girl. Apparently, she is from the future(where her name is Yun-hee). But somehow, she is transported back to the year 1994(her name is Ji-soo) with no memory of her past. She is a 'chronoid', a human with computer parts. She is connected to Doctor Joseph and Blade, in some way. She can fight.

Doctor Joseph
A wild-haired 'chronoid' professor from the future who changes the 'confidential code' of 'Riverside'. He escapes from Lt. Blade and his soldiers to time warp to the past.

Valeria
Blade's colleague who travels with him back to 1994 in search of the 'code'. A female chronoid. She is cut-throat and very focused on the mission at hand. She is secretly in love with Blade.

Yun-woo
Ji-soo's younger brother. He is missing. In the future, Yun-hee and Yun-woo are orphans who are recently adopted.
