DISCLAIMER: I am currently using creatures from such manga as pokemon and .hack. Although  the missingno's and m_'s are from the video games.

/I don’t feel real anymore, Sakumi.
I don’t feel alive.
Thanks to my GLITCH./

The virtual sunlight pondered the decision to shine at all to-day, as the deepest cretin walked the streets of this non-existent town. They called it “GLITCH DIMENSION” after all the scum and half erased NPAi data that scoured the streets. Bits of empty pixels seemed to float above the tattered walkway while unreal legendary characters made by video game enthusiasts glimmered slightly in the almost to-good-to-be-true rain. Missingnos. were free to wreck as much havoc as needed to the system of the game itself, and sacred M’s just sat, unused, as the last working Ai units twinkled merrily regardless of their failed storage files. Buildings were forbidden slums, the more humanoid projects were merely mimes with faces. In the middle of this dead mechanical mesa stood a large golden oak with blinding gilded leaves…

Even though the atmosphere was kind, still as if everything was normal.

Though no one liked coming here after the accident.

CHAPTER ONE
“OHIO!!!!” Yelled Nadeshriko shrilly. She hated being late.
“Its okay, Nadeshriko-chan! Come on in!” Nadeshriko sighed with relief. At least the game café was still open.
“Konichiwa, Boroku-chan!,” She sat down next to her best friend and pulled over a coffee.
“What game shall we play to-day?”
“We’re played a new one. I found it in a flea market stall yesterday, and I’ve been aching to play it.” Said Boroku cravingly. She grabbed a doughnut and bit down on it hungrily.
“There is no name on it though. Just a picture of a gold tree with a neko or something around the bottom.” She said in between bites.
“Weird.”
“I know, Really?”
Boroku was a wonderfully sarcastic 8th grader, just like Inushi Nadeshriko, whom enjoyed video games, graphic design, and drawing immensely. Her short stature was quite misleading. She was very athletic. Boroku could run faster than any gym teacher could measure, and could cook like a 5 star chef. Boroku-san didn’t know this, though. Nadeshriko, however, couldn’t run ½ a mile without panting. She couldn’t cook, but was able to draw like she had been doing it for years. (She’d only started quite recently.)
Nadeshriko reached for a V-helmet and strapped it around her eyes tight enough to see the realistic graphic surroundings. She took a quick look around and saw just about everything you expected to see in a video game. Floating tropical islands with beautiful large birds, upside-down trees, strange winged animals… and then she saw a pair of eyes.
A deep setting beige, tinged with a light olive. Nadeshriko shivered. Killer’s eyes.
“Nade-chan, What’s wrong?”
“Oh, nothing. What are you waiting for? Lets go.” Nadeshriko-chan’s cynical attitude melted away as the eyepiece seemed to form around her. She had begun to play.
