Dear Rogue-
I am an aspiring Manga-ka and I was wondering if you could help me. I plan to submit a manga entry to RSOM 9 a year from now. Are the entries mailed in on normal paper? They can change the size if the dimesions fit the diagrams of 5 1/2 to 7 1/16 or something or a scale of this. What type of paper?
Also, should I try doing the art on the computer?
Also Rogue, if you know, could you tell me about other competitions to other manga producers. I've heard that Tokyopop rips you off or isn't fair or is too stiffling with certain things. Maybe it's true?
