ART + LIFE

And so I just posted chapter 1 of my newly discovered story: Bloodshed. After posting the Preface Yesterday i decided to continue with the writing. Blood, I feel is not that complicated, but does have some twist and turns. it has more to do with the feeling of the main character, Gaston, but occasionally the point of view will be shifted so that the readers can have a chance to see what everyone else is feeling. I would have to say that Facades is probably my favorite character out of the story, even though i still love Gaston's sensitive nature. This is because when I began writing, i wanted to create two brothers who had nothing in common except of what they were, and had totally complete different attitudes and feelings. Facades, I think is a real work of art..lol He's a bad-ass on the outside, but once you start reading you realize that he has accepted who he is and is making the most of it. Gaston, on the other hand, still has not accepted that he is a creature of the dark and still struggles with him self 200 yrs. later in the story.
