The story begins with a dream little Sakura has, she predicts - uncontiously and in her own mind - what will happen to her one night, the night of full moon. Being a school girl Sakura lives with her father and brother as her mother past away; yet she remains a cheerful young girl with the warm smile and energetic self!
However, back from her school she is alone in her house when she hears noises in the downstairs room/library... Bravely, she goes down to find out who or what might be down stairs... She walks to the dead end of the room, the noises had silenced. Sakura finds a book, in which she finds weird cards written in - what i suspect english as i saw the japanese(english subtitled) version instead of the english dub - when she tries to read the card at hand - Windy - a magical wind blows from nowhere and all the 52 - i think - cards fly away to different desinations... Soon Kerberos awakes to find the cards gone and with a new Cardaptor whose mission is to collect the cards... ^^ *phew*

In guessing this is good enough because knowing me i will give the whole story away well, i don't think thats the point of this... Is it?

Anyway, I gave this anime the top score (yay) because i just love romantic anime! And what's better than this? With the shy Li Syaoran and the ... Absent minded Sakura it's the best plot ever!!

I'm sorry to say - I'm not really - that I've seen this anime 7 times now... all the episodes all the seasons till the last movie - which I've seen more than several times due to the emotional state it leaves me with... T_T u must undersatnd!

Anyways, I recomend this anime to all the romantic, or just anime lovers, out there who haven't seen it and do not know what they are missing!!
