Valkyrie Chronicle & Valkyria Chronicles

Okay, i'm confuse now. I've post my manga, Valkyrie Chronicle but now there's a game called Valkyria Chronicles.

 

I wonder, does this will lead me into a problem when eventually i publish my manga? I mean, i post it first in tokyopop, do i have some kinda... law/legal protection of my right. I mean, my ownership of Valkyrie Chronicle title?

 

Please help me...
