Just let the water flow buddy! I'm not saying this to be silly but "real men cry" or women too. That is because they have feelings and are not afraid to show it. They only cry because they care!

It's better to just let loose...though in the middle of class or in a public area wouldn't be your best bet. Just go home and cry to your parents or friends or some one you can trust.
